This is an early Beltline project in Adair Park on Atlanta’s south side in an old industrial area facing the railroad tracks. Originally the building was a parts factory. We converted the building to loft apartments. Since there was not much additional site to be used for outdoor amenities, we added spiral stairs from the units to private roof decks. Most of the units have 13 ft ceilings. Open steel trusses, exposed ductwork and industrial lighting and steel railings pull off the industrial aesthetic.
