This Flordia beach house was designed for rental but certainly doesn’t look that way. It features 2 master bedrooms and baths and 2 additional bedrooms and baths and a recessed bunk bed alcove in the upper hall. Interior features include an open kitchen/living dining space with 2 decks off the space. One for al fresco dining and the other facing the bay side for lounging. The dining area is defined by columns and a recessed lighted ceiling of pickled oak. One side of the large table is a long built-in bench. The stair is open behind the space and a central circular window is centered in the space. The kitchen has dark and light grey modern cabinets and the fireplace has a stepped stucco surround and black slate hearth.
