Designed by our Architects in Atlanta:

Watersound Camp Creek House II

This house is built on the same street as the first Camp Creek house (in the Florida panhandle) and has the same lake/dune/gulf views. There is more room at the front of the house to create more outdoor living space.

The owner requested more connection with the ground and we were able to give him a wraparound porch with swinging bed, grill area, a fire pit and seating area between the garages and the front door. livingroom is designed to connect with the outdoor deck and view to the lake and gulf of mexico.

The high ceilings allow high clerestory windows to add light to the space.

The scale of the living room is lowered by using different scaled boards, creating a lowered band line and adding solid wood pecky cypress beams across the room. The contrast between rough flooring and beams and smooth, white pine wall boards give vitality to the space. The third floor is primarily the master suite and has its own outdoor patio and wet bar.
