Designed by our Architects in Atlanta:

Watersound Peninsula House

The lot for this house in the Florida panhandle had a long curved front. The shape of the house is a reflection of this. It has a façade of gable/gambrel/gable where the gables are 45 degree to the center gambrel. As you walk along the curve, the facades face you. The fulcrum is the crow’s nest which has 360 degree views of the gulf, the lake and all of Watersound.

The detached carriage house encloses the private pool space at the rear. A large screened porch faces the pool as well.

The front porches curve with the street. When you walk around the house, you literally feel like you are walking with the street. The upper floor is reserved as the master suite and has its own recessed porch and spiral stair to the crow’s nest for those magnificent sunset views.
