This project was made possible by the extension of Piedmont Park and the Atlanta Beltline to the back door of a retail building Bainbridge and Martin, Architects did back in the 2000’s. Since the project was on the beltline, the property afforded a new zoning type which allowed a reduction in parking. Thus we were able to add 14,000 sf of office. The upper 2 levels are retail and tenants can enjoy views to Piedmont Park and retail to the center while providing additional parking in the basement. The ground floor retail with full height glass walls adds vitality to the street and the rest of the center.
